Customer Policy
$120 Hourly rate or Automotive Flat Rate at $120 an hour.
$60 travel fee (up to 15mi) per visit for service out of the San Fernando Valley.
We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions.
A booking fee deposit of $120 or full amount of service is required to finalize reservation.
A staff member will be in contact with you in 24 Hrs to finalize your appointment.
Cancelation need to be done 48 Hrs and no less prior to appointment slot for reimbursement. No reimbursement on Credit/Debit processing fee.
Most parts require full payment prior to repair. No refund for ” Special Ordered Parts or Electrical Components” will be available and customer will be sole ownership of parts.
Parts and labor come with a 12 month or 12,000 miles warranty which ever comes first.
“NO WARRANTY” on customer provided parts. Customer will be charged for time spent if provided part by customer isn’t the correct fitment.
